What lifts it out of the widget tier is the agentic surface: Actions let the bot invoke a URL or a built-in integration to actually do something on the customer's behalf, intent definition tells it when to, conversational forms replace static data collection with a chat that collects the same fields, and human handoff routes a conversation to a live agent with assignment and notifications when the automation reaches its limit. Suggestions steer customer journeys rather than waiting to be asked. On the operational side there is sentiment analysis, conversation tagging and topics, filtering by date and user, device, country and timezone details on each visitor, and a lead-capture design that can ask at the start of a chat or partway through. White-label chatbots are available for agencies reselling the product under their own brand, and pricing is published in both USD and INR.
