An admin dashboard sits alongside for visibility: ticket tracking, team management, integration config, and performance reporting, styled after Linear's simplicity. AI handles repetitive questions and hands off to a human when a question needs judgement, and can be switched off entirely if you would rather run pure human-to-human support. The commercial design is the notable part for small teams: pricing is by ticket volume, not per seat, so you can invite the entire company — product, engineering, ops — at no extra cost, which is precisely the behaviour most per-seat helpdesks discourage. Each tier carries a soft usage buffer, so slightly exceeding the recommended ticket range does not trigger surprise billing; consistent overage prompts an upgrade recommendation instead.
