Suppa is a no-code builder for AI customer-support chatbots aimed at businesses that want automated first-line support without hiring a developer. The core of the product is a visual canvas where a conversation is assembled from typed blocks: a start point that captures consent, branches for conditional logic, predefined message sends, user-input steps that store answers into variables, API calls that hit the customer's own endpoints, knowledge-base retrieval, single AI responses, and a full hand-off that turns the rest of the conversation over to the model. That mix is the distinguishing piece — most builders make you choose between a deterministic flow and an open-ended LLM, and Suppa lets a single bot start scripted and escalate to AI mid-conversation.
