Orimon AI is a no-code platform for building generative-AI support and sales agents that run across a website and the major messaging channels. A bot is trained on links, uploaded documents and site content, then deployed to the web widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or Slack from the same configuration. The commercial angle is conversational lead qualification: rather than only deflecting support tickets, the agent identifies and qualifies leads during a chat and pushes them into HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zapier or Pabbly through the lead-flow integrations. Live chat sits alongside the bot so a conversation can be handed to a human agent mid-thread, with per-conversation summaries so whoever picks it up has the history. Multilingual support covers 150+ languages, the widget theme is fully customisable to match a brand, and an analytics dashboard reports engagement trends and demographics. Capacity is metered in credits rather than raw messages — the vendor publishes an approximate messages-per-credit conversion on each tier — and the tier ladder also gates chatbot count, live-agent seats, training links per bot and document-training file counts. API access for building on the messaging layer directly starts at the first paid tier, and the free tier is usable without a card.
