NoviChat is a support chatbot you train on your own material and embed on your site, and it is straightforward about being exactly that rather than dressing itself up as an agent platform. Four training sources are supported: crawl your website or documentation automatically, upload PDFs, Word documents or text files, add explicit question-and-answer pairs for the cases where you want precise control over the wording, and paste plain text directly. That last pair matters more than it sounds — a retrieval chatbot that cannot be overridden with a hand-written answer will keep getting the refund policy subtly wrong forever. Setup is stated at five minutes with no code. Beyond answering, the product includes a chat inbox for handling conversations, contact capture so a conversation becomes a lead record, analytics on what people are asking, and AI actions on the higher tiers that let the bot book time through Calendly or Cal.com rather than telling the visitor to go and do it. Pricing is metered on two axes that are worth understanding before choosing: messages per month, and uploaded characters of training data. The free tier is a real evaluation tier at 100 messages and 500k characters, and the meters scale steeply from there. Note that a single chatbot and a single seat run all the way up to the $49 tier, so agencies or anyone running distinct bots for distinct products start at $89, and branding removal is Business-only at $299.
