You point it at your website, docs, help centre or uploaded files, it crawls and embeds them, and the resulting bot answers customer questions in the wording of your own documentation rather than a generic model's guesses. Higher tiers add automatic content refresh so the bot does not drift as your docs change, multi-platform integrations, API access, rate limiting and an iOS app for monitoring conversations on the move. A detail worth noting is the pricing calculator: because message cost depends on the model, SiteGPT lets you trade GPT-4.1 quality against GPT-4.1-mini volume on the same plan, and the mini model stretches the same allowance roughly ten times further. Branding removal and extra message blocks are sold as add-ons rather than bundled, which keeps the headline price down but is worth adding to your own maths before comparing tiers with competitors.
