Contactzilla is shared contact management for teams whose people work off phones rather than a CRM. Its distinguishing choice is delivery: contacts sync into the device's native address book over CardDAV — natively on iOS, and on Android through built-in support — so a shift worker sees the right numbers in the phone app they already use, with no new app to learn and no training. For fleets, address books are provisioned through MDM (Jamf, Intune and similar) with provisioning profiles, which turns rollout to hundreds of devices into a configuration push. Access is controlled per team or shift with read-only and label-based sync, so a crew can see a list without being able to overwrite it. The data model bends to the business rather than the reverse: custom fields, custom labels and group labels let you tag and filter contacts around your own workflows, and one account can host many address books shared selectively. Contacts import from a range of third-party sources, with scheduled importers for Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and Salesforce and scheduled exports back out to Outlook Contacts or Google Shared Contacts sold as add-ons. The vendor holds SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA compliance and added a separate US-hosted region in August 2026 for data-residency buyers.
