Convo is a real-time sales assistant that runs during the call rather than reviewing it afterwards. That distinction is the whole product. Conversation-intelligence incumbents record a call, transcribe it and tell you the following week what went wrong; Convo puts the right response on the rep's screen while the prospect is still talking. It handles objections in the moment, catches buying signals such as budget, timeline and decision-maker as they surface, and pulls the exact answer out of your own documents the second a prospect asks a question the rep cannot answer. It runs locally on the rep's own screen and is not visible to anyone else on the call. After the call it drafts the follow-up email and syncs the contact, notes and tasks to the CRM, and across calls it accumulates deal signals, risks and coaching tied to what was actually said. There is org-wide search over past calls, uploaded docs and account history, and you can choose which underlying model runs. It works on Mac and Windows with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex. The positioning is aimed squarely at teams priced out of Gong, Chorus and Clari: pricing is published rather than quoted, there is no seat minimum and no contract, and self-serve setup requires no IT involvement.
