CapyParse converts PDF bank statements into clean CSV, Excel, QBO, OFX and QFX files, aimed at bookkeepers, accountants and anyone whose month-end involves retyping transactions. The demo runs without an account: drop a PDF of up to six pages and the extracted transactions appear immediately, with six free pages available every day before any signup. It handles digital statements and scanned or photographed ones through built-in OCR, and claims coverage of over a thousand banks in any statement layout and any language, on the argument that the extraction is model-driven rather than template-driven so a new bank format does not require a new template. Consolidated statements covering several accounts are split automatically. The feature that distinguishes it from a generic PDF-to-CSV converter is the verification screen: every extracted field carries a confidence score, is checked back against the source document, and is presented side by side with the original PDF page so nothing enters the books unreviewed, with a per-account summary. Exports target QuickBooks, Xero and plain spreadsheets. Data is encrypted in transit and the vendor states that only the uploading account can access it. Paid plans are metered in pages per month with workspace members and processing priority as the other axes, and credit packs can be bought on top of any tier.
