PerfectParser extracts structured data from documents without templates, training or code: a sample document is uploaded, the fields wanted are described in plain language, the system detects them with types, and the resulting parser is saved by name and reused against hundreds of files at a time. That reusable-parser-per-document-type model is the whole architecture — one parser for vendor invoices, another for bank statements, another for shipping labels — and batches process in parallel with a live queue and real-time status. Output downloads as CSV for databases, Excel for analysis or raw JSON for pipelines. Published document types include invoices, receipts, contracts, ID cards and passports, purchase orders, bank statements, expense reports, paystubs, shipping labels and bills of lading, with the target buyer being operations, accounting and logistics teams rather than developers, though full API access is included on every tier. The commercial model is the unusual part and the vendor argues it explicitly against subscriptions: credits are prepaid, one credit equals one page, they stay valid for twelve months rather than resetting monthly, there is no auto-renewal, no overage billing and no feature gating — the API and every document type are available at every purchase size. Twenty free page credits arrive at signup with no card.
