Cloudglue is a developer API that turns video and audio into structured data an LLM can actually reason over — a video context layer rather than a transcription service. The distinction is in what it emits. Alongside transcription it does scene segmentation, visual description, entity extraction and collection indexing, so a video becomes a searchable, queryable object with structure rather than a wall of timestamped text. That matters because transcription alone loses everything that was shown rather than said, which for product demos, screen recordings, sports footage and instructional video is most of the content. Endpoints cover on-demand extraction, transcription and description, file upload, scene segmentation, entity and media collection indexing, chat completions against indexed video, and search. Pricing is refreshingly legible for an AI API: credits are consumed at 4 per minute of footage for the footage-processing endpoints and 1 per request for chat completions and searches, so the cost of indexing an hour of video is arithmetic rather than a guess. Credits are sold as one-time packs rather than a subscription, with volume discounts of 22% at the Builder pack and 33% at Scale, and subscriptions available on request. The company also runs Tinycloud, an AI agent for video work, in open beta on top of the same platform. The free pack includes 200 credits and 25 indexed minutes.
