Tomat.AI is a desktop application for exploring, cleaning and transforming large CSV and Excel files without writing formulas or code, with an AI layer that can be applied row by row across an entire dataset. Files are opened locally rather than uploaded, which is the product's central claim: there is no cloud upload step, no zipping and no loading spinner proportional to file size, and datasets described as running to a million rows are handled on the machine. Work is expressed as a visual workflow rather than a spreadsheet: a Source node loads the file, then drag-and-drop steps filter, sort, group, merge, stack, pivot and branch the data, each with an instant result preview. The AI nodes are the reason it appears in an AI catalogue. An AI Column node takes a prompt and runs it against each row, seeing only the columns named in the prompt, which the vendor documents explicitly as a constraint — it cannot reach other columns or apply multi-row logic. An AI Table node takes a natural-language description of a whole-dataset transformation. A Web Search option on the AI node turns the same mechanism into bulk web research and enrichment, letting a user test a prompt on a handful of rows before applying it to the full table. Data profiling reports quality, unique values, distribution and summary statistics, and charts can be added directly to a workflow and exported as a PDF report. Postgres and Snowflake are supported as sources alongside files.
