SeekWhy is an AI survey platform built around a single argument: raw feedback counts complaints but cannot tell you whether three people or three hundred hold the same view. Its cross-validation feature is the answer to that — after responses are collected, extracted themes are tested against the wider respondent pool and reported with a validation percentage, so a theme validated across 47 respondents at 73% is distinguishable from a vocal minority sitting at 12%. On top of that sit AI follow-up questions that run dynamically inside a live survey, digging past a surface answer like 'benefits suck' into which specific benefit is meant, and theme extraction with impact analysis that clusters free-text responses into patterns. AI anonymisation performs intelligent text redaction so that free-text answers can be shared without exposing the author, which matters most for the employee-engagement use case. An AI analysis mode lets a user chat directly with survey data. The platform also ships an MCP integration, letting surveys be created from Claude, GPT or any MCP-compatible client, which the vendor claims as an industry first. Conventional survey machinery is present too: branching logic, embeddable widgets, and integrations with Slack and Teams.
