Resume Screening AI

About Resume Screening AI

Resume Screening AI ranks a batch of uploaded CVs against a job description and returns a shortlist with the matching evidence shown for each score, so a recruiter facing several hundred applicants gets a defensible first pass in minutes instead of a weekend of skimming PDFs. The workflow is three steps: define the role criteria, drag in the resumes, review the ranked candidates with the evidence behind each match. Up to three custom scoring fields are available even on the pay-as-you-go tier, and unlimited custom fields on the subscriptions, so the ranking reflects the criteria that actually matter for the role rather than a generic fit score. The compliance framing is deliberate and worth noting for anyone hiring in a regulated market: the tool ranks and shows its reasoning, but the human team makes every final decision, which is the posture regulators have converged on for AI in hiring. Data is encrypted in transit, payments run through Stripe, and submitted data can be deleted from Settings. The commercial model is unusually founder-transparent — Raman Sha is named on the pricing page as the builder, having previously run job boards, with an open invitation for feature requests. Pay-as-you-go at seven cents a resume with 71 free screenings and a balance that never expires means the tool costs nothing during a hiring freeze. The vendor reports 172,421 resumes and 13,092 jobs processed for 3,987 customers.
