About Hirefly

Hirefly is an applicant tracking system deliberately scoped down for small and mid-sized teams that hire a few roles a year and cannot justify an enterprise ATS, but have outgrown a shared inbox and a spreadsheet. It does three things. It builds a branded career page with no technical skills required, aligned to the company's identity, with published example pages you can look at before signing up. It takes applications through configurable forms, including spontaneous applications from candidates who are not answering a specific posting. And it runs a drag-and-drop candidate pipeline where applications move between stages, with the system helping draft polite rejections — a small feature that addresses the single most common failure of ad-hoc hiring, which is candidates who never hear back. Jobs can be published out to external job platforms from the same place. Team members are unlimited on every tier, which matters for a small company where the hiring manager, the founder and a couple of interviewers all need to see the same pipeline without a per-seat bill. The published customer quotes are from a CTO and a co-founder at small companies and both name the same problem: CVs lost in email threads. The higher tier adds a custom domain and removes Hirefly branding from the career page.
