CVshelf

About CVshelf

CVshelf is bulk resume screening for recruiters who are drowning in a stack rather than hiring for one carefully considered role. You upload a batch of CVs against a job description and get back a ranked shortlist with a score per candidate and, critically, the reasoning behind each score — the product markets the explanation as the thing that separates it from a black-box ranker, and in a domain where a rejected candidate may reasonably ask why, that is more than a marketing line. Screening runs in the background, so uploading a few hundred CVs does not mean sitting and watching a spinner. Beyond the core screening there is a LinkedIn integration that screens every applicant to a chosen job automatically, a job-description generator, public job links that let candidates upload straight into the pipeline, and an automated outreach step that emails a selected shortlist without a separate sequencing tool. Ranking criteria are configurable — you set the weighting across the skills and experience that matter for the role rather than accepting a generic model — and reports export cleanly for sharing with a hiring manager. Pricing is credit-metered where one credit is roughly one CV, with a free tier that screens 50 a month, and the paid tiers are currently discounted with a stated price-lock for anyone who buys during the promotion. Two things to weigh: the integrations lean regional, with BDJOBS listed on every plan, and seats are tight, with a single seat until the $99 agency tier.
