Owlbot turns your documents into a customer-facing agent that answers instantly and, importantly, cites the document each answer came from — which is the design decision that makes it usable in support, where an unsourced answer is a liability rather than a deflection. You feed it a website, PDFs, Word documents and plain text, it digests everything into a searchable knowledge base in under a minute, and you deploy it as a chat bubble, an iframe, a WhatsApp or Slack connection, or an API call from your own product. The same trained agent serves three jobs depending on how you instruct it: support deflection, sales, and lead generation, with hand-off to a human when it should. Twelve LLM models are selectable, including Mistral, OpenAI and Anthropic families, so the model is a decision you make rather than one made for you, and function calling is available on the top tier for agents that need to do rather than only answer. It handles roughly 95 languages, so source documents in one language answer questions in another. Privacy is treated as a feature rather than a footnote: GDPR commitments are published, documents and conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and your data trains only your agent.
