Monity watches web pages and tells you when something meaningful changes, with an AI layer deciding what counts as meaningful. That last part is the difference between this and the older generation of diff-alert tools: instead of a CSS selector and a threshold, you write a plain-English rule — alert me when the price of the Pro plan changes, not when the marketing copy is reworded — and only matching changes fire. Monitors can be configured by chat, schedule and scope included. Before each check, browser actions can click, scroll or fill a form, so content behind an interaction is still reachable, and authenticated monitoring watches pages behind a login through auto-login or a live secure session. Structured extraction pulls named fields off a page, which turns monitoring into a dataset builder rather than only an alerting tool, and visual monitoring does pixel-level comparison for layout regressions and defacement. PDFs and uploaded documents are monitored too, which is what makes the compliance use case work — sub-processor lists, DPAs, regulator publications and contracts are usually PDFs. Alerts land in Slack with rich cards, Microsoft Teams adaptive cards, Discord webhooks, Google Sheets rows or a JSON webhook, and there is an iOS and Android app on every plan. Custom LLM routing through OpenRouter is supported. The site claims over two million pages watched per day and a median time-to-alert under two minutes.
