Maxun is an open-source no-code platform for turning any website into a structured API, combining four operations that are usually split across separate products: crawl an entire site and extract all page contents, scrape pages into LLM-ready Markdown or HTML, search the web to find pages relevant to a query, and extract structured data either by recording your actions or by describing what you want in natural language. The no-code path is a recorder — you browse the site normally and Maxun turns your clicks into a production-ready extractor, which is what makes it usable by people who are not going to write a Playwright script. The AI path is an autonomous agent that navigates complex sites from a natural-language instruction. Reliability features are built in rather than bolted on: proxy rotation and fingerprinting in a stealth mode to avoid blocks, and scheduled monitors that run hourly or daily to track changes on a site automatically. The same extraction engine is reachable through every surface — visual recorder, REST API, SDKs for Python and JavaScript, a native MCP server so agents can call and orchestrate scrapers directly, a CLI, and drop-in Skills for Claude Code — plus webhooks for pushing results into downstream systems. A library of prebuilt Auto Robots covers common targets such as GitHub trending repositories, IMDb by genre, Polymarket prediction markets, regional Google Trends, YouTube search results, and Airbnb listings.
