It crawls a public documentation site on a schedule with no framework lock-in, syncs Markdown from a GitHub repository so answers stay current on each commit and cite back to the exact file, and pulls in GitHub Discussions, issues and pull requests, Notion runbooks and CS macros, Confluence spaces, Jira tickets for known issues and release context, Zendesk Help Center articles, uploaded PDFs, and a hosted OpenAPI or Swagger schema so the assistant knows your actual endpoints. Everything lands in one project index that answers through an embeddable widget, Slack, Discord or an API, and every answer carries citations back to its source rather than asserting things unattributably. The analytics side is what distinguishes it from a generic docs chatbot: it tracks deflection (how many questions were answered before becoming tickets), traffic by channel, the repeated questions worth fixing at the source, and — most usefully — the unanswered gaps where your documentation has nothing to say, all without exporting support data into a separate tool.
