Ingestion starts with a URL — paste it and the crawler walks the documentation site into a knowledge base tuned for docs Q&A — and extends to documentation portals, FAQs, specifications, help articles, video tutorials and PDFs, plus Notion, Confluence, Linear issues, GitHub and wikis with auto-sync so answers do not drift as the docs change. The agent then goes wherever the community already is: an embeddable website widget with customisable fonts and styling, a Discord bot with ticketing and moderation workflows, a Slack app, GitHub, an MCP server and a REST API, along with an n8n node for automation. Answers are grounded and cite their sources, which is the property that makes a docs bot trustworthy enough to put in front of users.
