Knowster is a website chatbot trained on pages you have already written. There is no script to author and no answer set to load: you give it an address, it reads the site, and it answers visitors out of that content in whatever language they ask in. Setup is one line of code and, by the vendor's account, about five minutes. The trial is unusually concrete — you can point it at any site with no account, it reads up to 20 pages, nothing is stored and the demo expires after 15 minutes. Beyond the website itself it can read a Google Drive folder, including Google Docs and Sheets, plain text and Markdown, connected read-only; the vendor states plainly that PDF and Word are not read yet, which is the kind of limitation most tools in this category leave to a support ticket. Content is re-read on a schedule so an answer never outlives the page it came from, and nothing goes offline during a re-read. The two operational outputs are the ones that make it more than a widget: every question it cannot answer becomes a line on a to-do list of content gaps, and everyone who asks becomes a contact in the dashboard, with lead capture metered per tier alongside message volume, website count, white-labelling and an analytics dashboard.
