FormBold is a form backend for static and JAMstack sites — the piece you need the moment a hand-written HTML form has to actually go somewhere. You point the form's action at a FormBold endpoint and it handles submission capture, email notification, spam filtering via reCAPTCHA, file attachments, custom redirects after submit, auto-responders to the person who submitted, allow and disallow domain lists so nobody can post to your endpoint from elsewhere, and CSV export of everything collected. Webhooks and an app integration layer connect submissions onward to whatever else you run. There is also a straight Form API for making any web form dynamic programmatically, plus a library of ready-made form templates. The practical appeal is that it removes the only reason many small sites need a server at all: a static site on a CDN with a working contact form, no backend to deploy, patch or pay for. It comes from the team behind TailGrids, TailAdmin, UIdeck, LineIcons and Next.js Templates, which is a useful signal of longevity in a category where abandoned form backends are a real risk. The free tier is workable for a personal site, and the paid tiers were discounted well below list at verification.
