It plugs into Zendesk, Freshdesk, Slack, Google Drive, Notion and Shopify, trains on the existing ticket history and help-centre articles, and then handles tickets end to end. The vendor's own reference deployments are unusually specific about volume: one fully automated Zendesk agent processing more than 100,000 German-language tickets a month, another handling over 50,000 tickets a month across Freshdesk in a multi-agent configuration, and a help centre of a thousand-plus articles powering instant answers for a marketplace. Beyond support there are agents for blog writing and e-commerce operations. The pricing is the part worth studying, because it abandons the seat-and-platform-fee model the category defaults to. There is no platform fee, no monthly minimum and no commitment; a task is billed only when an agent actually does something, and a task is scoped to the whole interaction — one ticket is one task no matter how many replies pass back and forth, one chat session is one task regardless of message count, one blog post is one task including research, writing and SEO. Dashboard lookups are free. Gradual rollout is explicitly supported: route 200 of your 1,000 monthly tickets to the AI and you are billed for 200.
