Nexvio is an AI customer-support agent that answers routine questions from a knowledge base you build, and hands anything it cannot resolve to a human. The knowledge base accepts PDF imports, bulk link imports, manual entries and a crawl, and there is a data export so the corpus you build is not trapped inside the product. What separates it from the generic website-chatbot category is that it also keeps the contact and ticket record: contacts have custom attributes, are exportable, and sit alongside a shared inbox with unlimited history, so support conversations accumulate into something you can query rather than evaporating at session end. Channel coverage is broad for the price — a customisable chat widget plus Discord, Intercom, Crisp and WhatsApp, with Zendesk and Freshdesk on ticketing and Zapier and Slack on apps.
