InterviewWatch is two hiring products priced and usable separately: an applicant tracking system that carries a candidate from the careers page to the offer, and an Interview Monitor that produces a per-interview integrity report. The ATS side covers a careers apply page, an apply API, CSV import, scheduling and interview records, with candidates and stage moves never metered — plans are sized by active jobs, and seats are unlimited even on the free tier. The Monitor is the differentiated half, and the vendor is unusually precise about its boundaries. It does not record screen, audio or video, and captures no content at any point; it reads machine-level metadata only — window and process activity, connected displays, clipboard events, virtual devices and remote-access tooling — and correlates lookup activity against the question being asked. The candidate is shown what will and will not be observed and consents before the session starts, the agent runs only for that interview and exits when it ends, and monitoring is enabled per round rather than account-wide. The vendor states plainly on its own pricing page that a flag is not proof of cheating and that the product does not treat it as such. Teams already running Greenhouse or another ATS can connect it and the built-in pipeline hides itself, so nobody maintains two systems. The first five monitored interviews are free.
