The signals feature is the most distinctive piece: you write the criteria that matter in plain English — "ex-founder", "top school", "has startup experience" — and every applicant is scored against them automatically on submission, so you can filter and sort rather than read every resume. Sourcing runs natural-language search across a claimed 800 million profiles, so you describe who you want the way you would describe it to a recruiter and shortlist matches in one click, with filters for location, title, experience, skills, and industry. The job site is a branded careers page that publishes the moment you open a role, with a mobile apply flow, replacing the Notion doc and Google Form most seed companies start with. The fourth piece is an MCP server: Loam connects to Claude, Claude Code, Codex, or any MCP client, so you can source candidates, review applications, move pipeline stages, and add notes without leaving your AI tool.
