The bot is trained from URLs, a sitemap, Notion or uploaded files up to a per-tier size limit, and can be styled to match a brand's identity with no code, including its conversation flows and responses. Instant email alerts fire when a visitor needs a human, and a ticketing layer with unlimited tickets sits behind the chat so unresolved conversations have somewhere to go. Plan limits are published in a way that makes them easy to compare against real traffic: chatbots, seats, training pages, monthly AI messages, per-file upload size, contacts, companies and webhooks per chatbot are each stated as a number on every tier rather than as a feature tick. All tiers start with a free trial, and paying yearly gives two months free. Because contacts and companies carry their own per-tier quotas, the cost of the CRM half of the product is legible before any conversation is captured.
