AuditLedge is a standalone hosted audit log for SaaS products — the "who did what and when" feature enterprise buyers demand, without building or operating it yourself. Integration is a single POST to /v1/events carrying an actor, an action, a resource and an organization id, ingested asynchronously in under 50ms so it never blocks your request path. From there the log is queryable by actor, action, resource or date range, exportable as CSV or JSON, and viewable in a dashboard you can share with your team or embed for your own end users. API keys are scoped per organization and can be generated, rotated and revoked from the dashboard. The vendor's argument is that storing events is the easy part and the hard part is making them queryable, reliable and compliant at scale, which is exactly the work a DIY implementation underestimates. It positions itself as roughly five times cheaper than WorkOS and simpler for being standalone rather than bundled with an identity platform. The free tier carries 10,000 events a month with 14-day retention, which already clears most compliance minimums, and the Growth tier's two-year retention is aimed at SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements.
