Aside is a browser built so that an agent can finish the job. Its founding complaint about existing AI browsers is blunt — they refuse the moment work gets real, and they are slow and awkward besides. Aside's approach is to skip integrations entirely: the agent uses your logged-in websites and accounts directly, the same way you do, which means messages, payments, dashboards, and internal tools are all in scope without anyone having to ship an API for them. A built-in password manager handles the login walls where other agents stop and ask you to sign in. The company reports first place on three browser-agent benchmarks — Online-Mind2Web, BU-Bench-V1, and Odyssey — ahead of Browser Use, GPT-5.4, Claude Opus 4.8, and ChatGPT Atlas. Memory is derived from your browsing history so the agent already knows which site to use for which task and you are not re-explaining context every session; that memory stays local on the device. The interface keeps normal browser ergonomics — tabs, spaces, bookmarks — and adds agent tabs that run tasks in the background while you keep browsing, an ask bar with @-mentions for pulling in context, and routines that fire on a schedule, such as a 9am daily briefing.
