Atomic is a local-first, AI-native knowledge graph for notes, articles, and web clips. Everything you save becomes an 'atom' that is automatically tagged, embedded, and connected the moment it lands — no folders, no schemas, and nothing to maintain, which is the explicit answer to the note-taking apps that die under the weight of their own organizational scheme. Semantic search runs over the embeddings, so you can find a note from six months ago by describing the idea rather than remembering the title or the exact words you used. Wiki synthesis is the standout feature: pick any tag and Atomic generates a full wiki article from every note, clip, and saved page underneath it, with inline citations back to the source atoms, and the article regenerates as you add more material. Agentic chat lets you talk to your notes with the same citation discipline — it quotes them rather than inventing content. A spatial canvas renders the graph as a force-directed map where related ideas drift together, and a daily briefing summarizes what is new, with every citation clicking through to its source atom. An MCP integration exposes the graph to Claude or Cursor so your agent can read your notes.
