ATS Resume AI

About ATS Resume AI

ATS Resume AI is a resume optimizer built around the specific failure mode of applicant tracking systems, which parse plain text before any human reads a word. It splits its analysis into two distinct passes that most competitors merge: a baseline audit that scores a resume on its own, and a job-match diagnostic that cross-references the resume against a pasted job description to surface keyword gaps. The optimizer then rewrites the document to close those gaps without breaking the layout conventions that parsers expect, and generates a matching cover letter. It names the systems it targets — Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS and Taleo — and publishes a free ATS Finder plus an S&P 500 ATS study alongside the product, which is an unusual amount of upstream research for a tool at this price. Outputs download as PDF, DOCX or TXT. The piece that makes it a workspace rather than a one-shot tool is the built-in application tracker: every role logged with company, job URL, status, follow-up dates, notes and the 0–100 score from the Analyze step, so the diagnostic and the pipeline live in one place. The resume checker, keyword generator and ATS Finder stay free forever with no account.
