On top of that sit a visual workflow automation builder with triggers and conditions, a smart file manager with secure uploads and automatic CDN delivery, a search engine covering all stored data, granular access control down to individual fields, and a payment engine that wraps Stripe behind a guided setup. The workflow builder is metered as a first-class resource with per-plan monthly limits, which suggests it is intended as the automation layer rather than a convenience feature. Payment pricing is unusually explicit for this category: the platform fee is published per tier alongside the underlying Stripe rate, so a builder can calculate total cost of a transaction before committing — and the platform fee falls as the plan rises, from 3.5% plus £0.50 on Free to 1.5% plus £0.25 on Team, on top of a constant 1.50% plus £0.20 Stripe rate for domestic cards.
