The AI sits in three places rather than being the headline. Real-time translation runs both directions on outbound and inbound messages with best-reply suggestions, which is the actual constraint in export sales where the buyer and seller share no language. An AI chatbot with a knowledge base handles repetitive inbound on the Pro tier. And a lead-generation module combines Google Maps with AI to pull between a hundred and five hundred buyer numbers per day for a chosen country, validates them, and drops qualified leads straight into the CRM — with AI lead scoring listed as coming soon. The top tier is about team risk rather than features: a shared lead pool with assignment, duplicate follow-up detection so two reps do not work the same buyer, sensitive keyword detection, and team permissions. Pricing is annual, per port, with unlimited team members on every plan.
