About Relaticle
Relaticle is an open-source, self-hostable CRM designed around the assumption that both people and AI agents will be writing to it. The human side is a conventional pipeline — companies, people, opportunities, tasks, notes — with 22 field types and custom fields so the schema fits the business rather than the vendor's template. The agent side is where it diverges from the CRM field: a built-in AI chat sits inside the app where you can @-mention specific records to scope a question, use voice input, and keep persistent conversation history, and externally it exposes 30 MCP tools so agents outside the product can read and write CRM data through the Model Context Protocol. Because giving an autonomous agent write access to a sales database is exactly where this goes wrong, the design puts safe approvals in front of mutating actions and layers five levels of authorisation plus team isolation underneath, with over 2,000 automated tests cited. The commercial position is deliberately blunt about the thing that makes CRMs expensive: there is no per-seat pricing, ever. The managed cloud plan is billed per workspace with unlimited users and unlimited records, and the AGPL-3.0 self-hosted build is free forever with full source access, Docker Compose deployment and data that never leaves your server.
