Superscribe captures sales calls on the phone you already use and turns them into CRM entries, follow-up drafts and tasks without a meeting bot joining anything. That is the design constraint the whole product is built around: you keep your existing number, answer calls as normal on an iPhone, and the capture happens on the device, which means it works for the outbound and inbound mobile calls that meeting-recorder tools structurally cannot reach. For in-person meetings you tap record in the room and get a diarised transcript with each speaker separated, and anyone who introduces themselves is named automatically. People dialled into either a phone call or a room recording land in the same transcript, so a hybrid conversation is one artefact rather than two. From that capture the product extracts the material a deal actually turns on — decisions, objections, names, commitments and next steps — and files it to Pipedrive automatically, then drafts the follow-up. The vendor's framing is blunt and correct about where deals die: not on the call, but in the follow-up nobody wrote. A second component, Superscribe Pro, handles desktop dictation and turns that captured work into notes, tasks and documents once you are back at a computer, and is bundled into every seat. Pricing is quoted in euros excluding VAT with a per-seat minute allowance rather than unlimited usage.
