Site Spy watches web pages you care about and tells you when the part you care about changed, which is a narrower promise than most change-detection tools make and the reason it is worth a separate listing. You give it a URL and then describe in plain language what would count as a change worth waking you for — a price drop, a new listing, tickets going on sale, a job board gaining a row — and an AI filter sits between the raw diff and your notification so that a cookie banner rotating or a timestamp ticking over does not fire an alert. When something does change it shows a visual diff with additions and removals highlighted line by line, and it keeps snapshots so you can walk backwards through a page's history rather than only seeing the most recent delta. The delivery surface is unusually broad for a tool at this price: email, Telegram, browser push, Slack, Discord, ninety-plus webhook integrations, and RSS change feeds, which is what the Show HN post led with — a watched page becomes a feed you can subscribe to in any reader. For developers there is a read/write REST API and, notably, a full-access MCP server on every plan including the free one, so a coding agent can add watches and read diffs without a key upgrade. Browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox let you start a watch from the page you are already looking at, and the paid tiers add screenshot capture and browser steps so a page behind a login flow can still be monitored.
