Delivery observability is first-class: real-time webhooks for delivery, bounce, open, click and complaint events, with open and click tracking on every tier including free. The pricing model is the sharpest differentiator in a category that almost universally bills on list size. Sendkit bills on email volume and gives every plan unlimited contacts, which inverts the economics for anyone with a large but lightly-mailed list — a common shape for a product with many free users.
