Refgrow is affiliate and referral software for SaaS and AI products whose defining choice is that the affiliate dashboard lives inside the customer's own application rather than on an external portal. A single script tag embeds the referral program directly in the product, so affiliates see their link, clicks, signups, purchases, earnings and payout status without a separate login or a redirect to a vendor-branded site — the vendor's argument being that external portals are where referral programs quietly lose their affiliates. A hosted portal is available as well for cases where embedding is not wanted. Beyond the widget, the platform handles commission rules and durations, coupon-based attribution, fraud protection, self-billing invoices with EU VAT handling, automated payouts through PayPal and Wise, outgoing webhooks, multi-tier commissions and full white-labelling on higher tiers. Two recruitment features address the empty-program problem: one-click invitation of existing customers, and an AI Recruiter that searches for candidate affiliates, metered by searches per month. Listing in a shared Referral Exchange gives programs additional distribution. There are no revenue caps and no transaction fees on any paid tier, which is the direct comparison the vendor draws against Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Cello and Tolt.
