Remention is a social-listening tool that does not stop at listening: it finds the public conversations where a product is a genuinely relevant answer, then drafts the reply for a human to approve before anything is posted. Setup is deliberately short — instead of asking for a keyword taxonomy up front, the AI agents read the public information on your own website to learn what the business does, and you tell them in plain language what to look for. From there the agents run continuously across X, Facebook, Reddit, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn profiles and TikTok, with additional channels available on request, and rate every mention for relevance against your brand and keywords so the queue surfaces the few threads worth answering rather than every string match. Reply generation is the second half of the product. Drafts are written in the brand voice you configure, follow custom reply instructions on tone and style, can be regenerated on the spot if the first attempt misses, and support more than 100 languages. Nothing publishes without an explicit approve step, which is the difference between this and an autoposting bot. Agent Focus narrows the agents to a particular sentiment when you only want, for example, complaints about a competitor. Teams get shared workspaces, multi-project organisation and workspace analytics.
