Olvy consolidates every channel a product team hears from customers through — surveys, user interviews, app store and site reviews, support tickets and sales calls — into one workspace and uses AI to turn that pile into themes and insights. The problem it addresses is structural rather than technological: feedback arrives in five systems owned by four teams, so nobody has a defensible view of what customers are actually asking for, and prioritisation ends up driven by whoever escalated most recently. Olvy ingests across those sources, summarises and clusters the feedback, and supports user segmentation and custom properties so a theme can be traced to a customer tier rather than treated as one undifferentiated pile. It closes the loop on the other side too, with announcement and feedback widgets, a hosted changelog with SEO settings and a custom domain, release scheduling and email subscriptions for changelog updates — so the customers who reported something can be told when it shipped. Integrations, API keys, webhooks, CRM connections and multi-language support cover the plumbing. The free tier is genuinely usable for an individual — unlimited release notes, feedback and announcement widgets, and a Chrome extension — with the analysis volume capped, and pricing scales by builder seats.
