MassInvoices solves one narrow, genuinely annoying task: getting every Stripe invoice, receipt and credit note out of Stripe and into your accountant's hands without clicking through the dashboard. You connect one or more Stripe accounts using a restricted API key that you generate yourself and that grants access only to invoices, receipts and credit notes, choose a period, and click download; when the export is assembled you receive an email and pull a single ZIP of PDFs. There is no cap on how many documents one export can contain, which is the difference between this and doing it by hand for a busy month. The feature that makes it a subscription rather than a one-off utility is auto-download: on the 1st or 2nd of each month the previous month's complete set arrives in your inbox automatically, so the reconciliation step stops depending on anyone remembering. Multiple Stripe accounts are managed from one dashboard on the unlimited plan, which is the case for anyone running several products or a client book. The security model is deliberately minimal — restricted keys only, revocable by you at any time from Stripe. Positioned at entrepreneurs, accountants and agencies using Stripe for billing. Setup requires no software installation, and the export runs entirely server-side once the restricted key is connected.
