Localhero.ai puts translation inside the pull request instead of alongside it. A GitHub Action watches incoming PRs for new translation strings, translates them with context awareness against a brand-voice profile built from your existing translations, and attaches a shareable review page to the PR where anyone on the team can read the new strings and edit the copy before it ships — in the browser, with no git and no file formats involved. Edits sync back automatically. That is a materially different workflow from a traditional TMS, where strings are exported, sent out, waited on and re-imported, and where localisation becomes the reason a feature slips. There is a CLI for local development alongside the Action. Models are the current generation and hosted in the EU, which matters for teams with data-residency requirements. Published customers include Kundo, a Swedish customer-service platform, and Willful, a Canadian estate-planning service, both quoted describing it as simpler and cheaper than the alternatives they replaced. Open-source and side projects use it free with one project and 250 credits a month.
