About Korvo

Korvo is a research and decision workspace that runs as a desktop app on your own machine, aimed at the kind of work where the conclusion has to be defensible months later. You drop in decks, PDFs, notes and call transcripts; Korvo indexes them locally, generates a plan for the analysis, runs grounded chat over the corpus with citations on material claims, and keeps a record of how the decision was reached with source links back to the underlying files. The worked example on the site is a Series B diligence project — twelve files including a pitch deck, a financial model, founder notes, market research and two call transcripts — walked through capture, plan, verify, challenge and decide. The verify and challenge stages are what distinguish it from a general document-chat tool: a two-model critique pass runs a second model against the first's conclusions rather than accepting them, which is the step most RAG products skip. Everything stays on the machine — the download starts without an account — and there is a companion on-device semantic search component, Korvo Embed, that also never phones home. Model access is bring-your-own-key across all providers, so Korvo does not resell tokens and cloud API usage is billed by whichever provider you point it at. There is also MCP support for connecting Superhuman Mail or your own MCP server, with every tool run under your control.
