HeadshotPro generates professional headshots from a handful of selfies and returns them in under thirty minutes, and its most consequential product decision is that it is not a subscription — every order is a one-time purchase and credits never expire. The consumer version is straightforward: pick a style from the library or let the tool choose, upload selfies, receive thirty to seventy finished shots depending on tier, with photo credits for edits and a free redo on the higher tiers. The team product is where the design work went. An admin dashboard drives a company-wide rollout: invite by email or by a domain-restricted open link, automatic reminders, tracking of who has finished, bulk download, CSV export of member statuses, roles and sub-teams, and results review with follow-up tracking. Crucially the admin picks the styles, and backdrop consistency is enforced across the team, so a directory page does not end up looking like fifty different photographers shot it. Credits can be bought ahead of hiring and drawn down as people join. The volume discount is transparent — up to 35% off at 100 credits — and payment by invoice or bank transfer is supported.
