Emory Pro is inspection software for field operations — logistics, asset handovers, fleet and equipment checks — and its design assumptions all follow from where inspections actually happen. It runs fully offline: inspectors capture, annotate and finalise a report with no signal at all, and everything syncs automatically once the device reconnects. That single property is what separates it from web-form tools in a warehouse yard or a remote depot. The second design goal is dispute prevention. Every piece of damage is marked directly on the photo, signed and timestamped, producing an unalterable record when a handover is later contested — the vendor's phrasing is zero disputed handovers, and the product tracks full asset lifecycle history so a given item's condition can be traced across every inspection it has ever been through. Workflows are self-configurable: teams build their own inspection flows for any asset or process without developers or IT tickets, with customisable fields and damage markings. QR code scanning identifies assets in the field. Integration is REST API, webhooks and SAP compatibility, so inspection data lands in the systems that already run the operation rather than staying in a silo. Both a mobile app and a web app are provided. A published case study reports roughly 50% time saved per check report at a logistics operator.
