Directify generates a working directory website from a one-sentence description — categories, tags, custom fields, sample listings, an SEO configuration and a theme picked from sixteen niche templates — and then hands over an editor so every generated piece can be changed. The templates are not generic themes with different colours: each is structured around how its niche behaves, so local directories get maps, event directories get dates, and people directories get profiles. Listings can be added by CSV, from Google Sheets, or via a Chrome extension, and a live theme editor covers design changes without touching code. The commercial model is the part worth noting for anyone evaluating directory builders: Directify charges a subscription and takes zero percent of what the directory earns. Payments for paid listings, ads and submissions go straight to the operator's own Stripe, Lemon Squeezy or Creem account, which is a materially different arrangement from marketplace platforms that skim a transaction fee.
