Email and website chat land in one inbox with conversation lifecycle, ownership, priority and full customer history attached; the AI answers repeat questions from sources a human has explicitly approved, shows the evidence behind each answer, and hands risky or uncertain cases to a person. Views for unassigned work, SLA risk and Needs human point at what requires action now rather than presenting a generic queue. Around that sit internal notes, team and inbox routing, workload-aware assignment, a knowledge base, a branded help centre, multilingual detection and translation, and analytics comparing first response and SLA across inboxes with the ability to open the conversations behind a spike. The commercial model is the other unusual choice: billing is metered on accepted support conversations rather than per seat, so unlimited teammates are included and adding a colleague to a thread costs nothing. Customers keep the support address they already use. A demo runs without a card, and the analytics compare first-response time and SLA performance across inboxes with the ability to open the underlying conversations behind any spike.
