CVMatchScore scores a CV against a specific job description and returns a structured breakdown rather than a single number, which is what makes it usable for deciding what to change. A resume is uploaded as PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT or RTF up to 32 MB or pasted as text, a job description is supplied the same way, and roughly sixty seconds later the report grades 19 separate parameters — skills match, experience, education, certifications, job-title relevance, industry experience, project experience, technical stack, methodologies, soft skills, language proficiency, location preference, remote-work flexibility and more — each with a written explanation. Paid reports add an AI improvement plan with rewritten bullet points and the keywords the posting expects but the CV omits, plus a tailored cover letter. The whole product is unusually multilingual: the CV and the job description can be in any language, and reports are generated in more than fifty, with the interface itself localised across a comparable range. A separate recruiter-side mode inverts the same engine — one job description against up to fifty resumes, each scored on the same 19 parameters and exportable to CSV for ranking a shortlist. The AI extraction runs on SharpAPI, built by A2Z WEB, and payments are handled by Stripe with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
