ChurnNote connects to a SaaS product's billing provider with a read-only key and turns cancellations and failed payments into a ranked product roadmap. The loop it sells is specific: capture why customers left from cancel-flow answers and replies to founder-style exit emails, convert those into structured reasons, rank each reason by the MRR that walked out behind it, and then — when you ship the fix — draft a win-back aimed at exactly the customers who asked for it. That last step is the part most churn tooling stops short of, and it is why the pricing page insists the free scan comes before any payment. The entry point is a Churn Leak Report over the last 30 days of real billing data, which the vendor will run and show before a card is entered; if it finds nothing worth acting on, the product says so and keeps watching for free. Integrations are Stripe and Lemon Squeezy for billing, Slack for alerts and custom SMTP for sending, connected with a restricted key in about two minutes and revocable at any time. Paid tiers add failed-payment recovery sequences, cancellation feedback and reply intelligence, a cancel flow with save offers, and the ship-to-recover win-back. Pricing is banded by active subscriber count with no revenue cut and no per-recovery fee.
